As a certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), AWG is committed to excellence and creating innovative, flexible solutions for State and Federal clients. AWG was founded by William H. Goolsby, III — a retired United States Air Force maintainer with over 27 years of hands-on experience across the full spectrum of military aviation — because he wants to continue giving back to the military community by leveraging his expertise in aviation to support the organization he grew up in. Through training programs, career opportunities, and mission-ready aviation solutions, AWG strengthens the connection between industry and the brave men and women of the armed forces, ensuring their skills, dedication, and sacrifices are recognized and valued both in the skies and on the ground.
